The Applied Biosystems Proflex Thermal Cycler has features such as protection against accidental overriding as well as an auto restart in the event of a power failure. This thermal cycler is modular and can flex up or down depending on your needs, simply pop out the dual 384 well blocks and with any other configuration. The Proflex PCR system has two reaction speeds, fast and standard speed for added flexibility, a sample volume range between 10-80 µl, and a temperature range of between 0-100°C with a peak block ramp rate of 3.0°C/sec.
