Brandtech Pipetting Robot Liquid Handling Station

The BRAND Liquid Handling Station (LHS) is a compact, flexible liquid handling platform designed for small to medium throughput labs that need reliable automation without the complexity or cost of large-scale systems. Bridging the gap between electronic pipettes and full automation, the LHS supports a wide range of pipetting tasks with high precision and repeatability. Its seven freely assignable ANSI/SLAS-formatted deck positions accommodate PCR tubes and strips, microcentrifuge tubes, reservoirs, and 96- or 384-well plates, making it well suited for routine workflows such as sample prep, PCR setup, and assay preparation—especially in space-constrained lab environments.

Designed for accuracy and ease of use, the BRAND LHS offers both single-channel and 8-channel liquid ends for contact-free dispensing across varied applications. Recent software enhancements (v4.3) further improve performance with an automated pipette tip wiping function that minimizes droplet formation, helping protect volume accuracy and reduce the risk of cross-contamination—without requiring any hardware changes.
